Our website host and payment provider may collect routine technical information such as IP address and browser details for security and service delivery. Razorpay processes payment credentials; we do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV or net-banking passwords.
How we use it
We use this information to process and confirm enrollment, send course access within 24 hours, answer support and refund requests, prevent misuse, maintain transaction records and comply with applicable legal or tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Who receives it
Payment data is handled by Razorpay under its own privacy terms. Hosting, email and course-delivery providers may process limited information needed to operate the service. We disclose information to authorities when legally required. Please review the privacy notices of external services before using them.
Storage, retention and security
We use reasonable access controls for the information we manage. Transaction records may be kept as required for accounting and legal compliance; support and enrollment data is retained while needed to provide the course or resolve issues. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
